Today was an inspiring day as I attended the ASUG – Americas’ SAP Users’ Group – Philadelphia Chapter meeting hosted at the SAP US Headquarters in Newton Square. Thanks to ASUG, SAP, presenters, sponsors, valued clients, and participants for making this event truly exceptional.
The discussions were relevant and immensely insightful, making my early 5 AM wake-up call and the scenic drive from NJ to Newton Square absolutely worthwhile. Here are some key takeaways:
There’s a wealth of SAP tools available to kickstart your S/4HANA journey. Be sure to explore SAP tools: Signavio, Pathfinder, Readiness Check, the Customer Evolution toolkit (with hands-on lab) that also lists various additional tools that are available for customers.
Crafting a robust business case for RISE with SAP is a smart move, with factors like economies of scale, innovation advantage, AI/ML use cases, capex vs. opex, reliability, cost-benefit analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis playing a pivotal role.
Maximizing the untapped potential of data is a challenge and business users need to get involved to define the right use cases.
